Frequently Asked Questions

  • Rent is paid through our resident portal. Prior to moving in, we will send you an email that will allow you to set up your resident portal so that you will be able to pay your rent each month.

  • Rent is due each month on the first of the month and must be paid by the fifth of the month at midnight. If the rent is not paid on time, a late fee of $50 will be added.

  • Packages that are too big to fit in your mailbox will be delivered to the office. They are able to be picked up during our normal office hours.

  • Yes. We ask that all food packages be picked up within 48 hours from the office.

  • Upon move-in, we will provide each apartment one mail key. It is the apartment residents' responsibility to hold on to the key so that they may access their assigned mailbox at their property.

  • If you are locked out of your apartment during normal office hours and are unable to reach your roommates, please call the office. If you are unable to get into your apartment after hours, call the office number and wait for the emergency maintenance prompt.

  • Upon move in, we will email you to set up your resident portal. After it is set up, you will be able to submit maintenance requests through it. Our maintenance team will prioritize the requests and will strive to fix your issues as soon as possible.
